9701 Studios LLC (trade name: 9701 Studios™) is an AI-driven software development company that engages in the provision of innovative computer software along with related products, services, and solutions. The company was founded by Etan Cohn and Seth M. Dolginoff in 2023 and is headquartered in Dallas with operations in Boston, Philadelphia, and New York City. A minimum of 10% of net income is earmarked for charitable donations to the Make-A-Wish® Foundation and other 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that serve to improve the lives of people with critical illnesses.

Co-Founder: Etan Cohn

Etan works as a software engineer in the financial services industry. He is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, with a bachelor's degree in Statistics and Machine Learning and a minor in Computer Science.

Co-Founder: Seth M. Dolginoff

Seth is a graduate of The University of Texas at Dallas, with a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (Business Communication | Management | Economic, Political, & Policy Sciences).

Creative Director: Liam P. Mulligan

Liam P. Mulligan is a composer, writer, and music director. He is a graduate of Moravian College, with a bachelor's degree in English and Music Composition. He has also earned a Master of Music degree from Carnegie Mellon University. He has written musical and dramatic works for stage, screen, and concert hall - most notably the Little Shores Trilogy. Mulligan regularly serves as music director and conductor for theatrical productions and new musical workshops in Pennsylvania and New York City.
